Mr. Oscar Chow, in his presentation titled “Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement, Compliance First: The Tax Code of Corporate Overseas Structures,” drew upon his extensive experience in cross-border tax consulting to analyze the differences in tax rules across various overseas markets and how to achieve tax optimization and compliance through proactive structural design.
