【2026 Policy Address】Overview of Hong Kong’s New Policies
On 16 September, Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu delivered the 2026 Policy Address under the theme "Seize the Long Term, Reform for a New Chapter, Promote Development and Create Opportunities, Benefit Livelihoods for the Future," and set out “the First Five-Year Plan (2026–2030)” to align with the national 15th Five-Year Plan.
