CityLinkers and CR SWCS Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement to Jointly Explore New Opportunities in Corporate Professional Services
Upholding the spirit of complementary advantages and mutual benefit, the two parties will establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership to jointly expand the space for cooperation in corporate professional services.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Paxson Fung, Partner of CityLinkers Group, and Dr. Maurice Wai-Fung NGAI, Director and Chief Executive Officer of CR SWCS, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively.

Based on friendly consensus, the two parties will each leverage their strengths and work collaboratively to jointly develop a corporate training course system in the field of professional services, and jointly hold forums, seminars, corporate exchange activities, and various special events. These initiatives will focus on key topics including local business development, cross-border operations, the Hong Kong capital market, compliance management, risk control, and Practice Note 21 (PN21) under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Through policy interpretation, practical case sharing and market trend discussions, the collaboration aims to help enterprises strengthen risk management capabilities and enhance sustainable development performance.

Connecting the mainland with Hong Kong and international markets, CityLinkers will fully leverage its professional accumulation in areas such as accounting, tax planning, internal controls, financial consulting, restructuring and insolvency, and risk management, and, relying on its service network with Hong Kong as the core hub and radiating to the mainland and the world, deepen interactive collaboration with CR SWCS, continuously explore multi-level and diversified cooperation paths, and strive to deliver more comprehensive, more efficient, and more competitive integrated solutions for clients.

At present, as the regulatory environment continues to tighten and market demand becomes increasingly diverse, the two parties will establish a normalized communication and coordination mechanism, closely track market trends and changes in client demands, and jointly uncover new cooperation opportunities. CityLinkers will also continue to serve as Hong Kong’s “super connector,” paving a full-chain service channel for mainland enterprises going global, and, together with its partners, continue to create value for enterprises.
