CityLinkers Joined “Shanghai-Hong Kong Hearts Together” Internship Program, Supporting HK Young Talents’ Professional Growth in Shanghai
Ms. Kithanie Choi, Partner and Business Director at CityLinkers Group attended the event on behalf of the Group with other distinguished guests, including Ms. Wei Jing, Head of the United Front Work Department of the Putuo District Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Mr. Andrew Yao Cho-fai, Vice President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, in witnessing the successful completion of the eight-week Shanghai internship journey by 60 Hong Kong students.
The two internship programs were spearheaded by the Hong Kong Shanghai Putuo Association and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, respectively. The 60 university students from Hong Kong were precisely matched with key industries in Putuo District. As one of the 20 host companies, CityLinkers arranged for two young talents from Hong Kong to intern at its Shanghai office from June 6 to July 30. Their work covered professional areas such as company secretarial services, company incorporation, and trust administration. With dedicated mentorship and on-the-job training, the interns were able to flexibly apply their academic knowledge to real-world practice and gain firsthand experience of the mainland Chinese workplace environment.
At the event, Ms. Choi presented souvenirs to the two interns from CityLinkers Shanghai, encouraging them to continue pursuing professional excellence. CityLinkers remains committed to supporting youth development and building bridges for talent exchange between Shanghai and Hong Kong.
