CityLinkers with Sichuan Tax and Finance Institutions to Build a Sichuan-Hong Kong Professional Services Platform
Mr. Paxson Fung, Partner at CityLinkers Group, and Ms. Phoebe Li, General Manager of CityLinkers Trust, were in attendance. The discussions centered on two main themes: “How to leverage the strengths of all three parties to build a cooperative platform” and “How to assist Sichuan enterprises in entering Hong Kong and expanding overseas.”
During the meeting, the three parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement, establishing a collaborative service platform that integrates Hong Kong’s professional services, mainland China’s tax, legal, and compliance support, and Sichuan’s industrial resources.
CityLinkers Group will leverage its Hong Kong-based, one-stop cross-border service capabilities, which cover core services such as cross-border taxation, structural planning, IPO advisory, and offshore trusts. This will be combined with Chung Rui Tax Group’s in-depth support in mainland China, including taxation, legal affairs, auditing, and compliance consulting, as well as the enterprise clusters and industrial project resources connected by the Sichuan Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Investment and M&A Alliance. Together, they will build a new service platform integrating “Hong Kong Professional Services,” “Mainland Tax and Legal Support,” and “Sichuan’s Advantageous Industrial Resources.”
CityLinkers Group will utilize its expertise to empower the two-way channel of “Sichuan enterprises going global” and “foreign investment coming in,” contributing to the promotion of regional economic and trade cooperation.
